If your request is about a business that uses TalkToLeads

If your request concerns data collected by a TalkToLeads client — for example, you enquired about a property and received a reply — please contact that business first. They decide why and how your data is used. We may assist the client where required under our Data Processing Addendum.

What you can ask for

  • General privacy question

    Anything about how we handle data that is not a formal request.

  • Access or correction request

    Ask what personal data we hold about you, or ask us to correct it.

  • Deletion request

    Ask us to delete personal data we hold about you.

  • Withdraw consent

    Withdraw consent you previously gave, including WhatsApp updates.

  • Marketing opt-out

    Stop receiving marketing communications from TalkToLeads.

  • Security concern

    Report a suspected vulnerability or security issue.

  • Data Processing Addendum question

    Questions about the DPA, subprocessors, or a subprocessor objection.

  • Refund or dispute request

    Raise a refund request or a payment dispute.

  • Report misuse or abuse

    Report a message you did not consent to, or misuse of the service.
