TalkToLeads

🇳🇿 New Zealand

TalkToLeads sends an automatic reply to every enquiry from your connected portals in under 60 seconds, asks the qualifying questions and hands the lead to the right agent. One national clock makes the reply path simpler here than almost anywhere: there is a single working day to cover, and everything outside it is genuinely out of hours.

The first 12 seconds

What happens when an enquiry arrives?

The same sequence every time, whether the enquiry lands at 11am or 1am.

  1. 1

It is answered, in under 60 seconds

A reply goes out on WhatsApp first, with SMS and email alongside — not an auto-responder saying we will be in touch, but the first turn of a real conversation.

  2. 2

    It is qualified

Your questions, in your wording, asked while the person is still reading. Budget, timeframe, whether they are looking to buy or rent — whatever you need to know before an agent spends time on it.

  3. 3

    It is routed

To the right agent by your rules, with the answers attached. A New Zealand team running more than one office routes by office, area or agent — whatever matches how you work.

  4. 4

    It is followed up

Three to five touches on anything that goes quiet, so a lead that did not reply first time is not simply lost.

In New Zealand

What is different about this market?

Three things change how a reply path has to be built here: the clock, the channel, and when enquiries actually arrive.

We’re closing more deals now because we never miss a lead.

One time zone
NZST/NZDT nationwide. Your working day is the same everywhere, so the hours to cover are unambiguous — and so is everything outside them.
Channels
One national clock makes the reply path simpler here than almost anywhere: there is a single working day to cover, and everything outside it is genuinely out of hours.
Where enquiries come from
Trade Me Property, realestate.co.nz and your own website. Enquiries arriving in different inboxes are the reason a reply is slow — the system reads from the sources you connect and answers from one place. What we connect.
After hours
New Zealand is among the first markets into a new day. Enquiries from overseas buyers tend to land overnight local time, when no one is reading them.
Billing
Billed in US dollars by bank transfer through Wise, which shows the recipient and the exact amount before you confirm and converts from your own currency. US$999 setup · US$149/month from month 4. Full pricing.

What we install

What is included in the standard build?

  • Up to two approved inbound lead channels at launch
  • One primary qualification flow
  • One routing structure
  • One defined follow-up sequence
  • One lead-handling team structure

Anything beyond this is scoped and quoted before work starts. Everything we install.

Onboarding

How long until it is live?

The 10-day clock starts when channel access is confirmed. In your portal that means all five of these are ticked:

  • Portal access
  • WhatsApp Business number connected
  • CRM access, or marked not needed
  • Approved reply wording and qualifying questions
  • Agent list for routing

If we do not deliver a live system within 10 days of channel access, you get a full refund. Refund terms.

Questions

Questions from New Zealand agencies

We are a small team. Is this worth it?
The question is not team size, it is how many enquiries arrive when nobody is free to answer. A two-agent office that takes enquiries during viewings has the same problem as a twenty-agent one, and a single national time zone makes the gap easy to see: everything outside one working day is uncovered.
What happens to enquiries that land overnight?
New Zealand is early into each day, so overseas enquiries tend to arrive overnight. Those are answered immediately, asked your qualifying questions, and waiting in order of priority when your team starts — rather than being a list of missed notifications.
Do I pay in New Zealand dollars?
No. Everything is billed in US dollars by bank transfer through Wise, which converts from your own currency and shows the recipient and the exact amount before you confirm. TalkToLeads is operated from India and has no New Zealand entity or office.

What to do next

Start with the enquiries you already have.

You do not need more leads to see whether this helps — you need the ones already arriving to be answered. US$999 setup · US$149/month from month 4, live in 10 days from channel access.
